This message board is yours - please use it! Feel free to post questions, reply to topics, discuss issues in good practice - use it as you like. Do provide examples of best practice - we may add them to the Good Practice in Service Provision section.

We encourage all to contribute, whatever your level of English, whether English is your first language or not. What you have to say is much more important than how you say it.

We have tried to make this board as easy as possible to use. You can read messages at will without having to register. However, unfortunately to write messages you must register first due to the unscrupulous behaviour of certain spammers.

Registering is easy and free. Simply select "register" at the top of any page, enter a made-up username and password (one you can remember!) and your email address. (You can still remain anonymous if you wish, through using an email address at Mailinator.com.) You will then receive an email with a link on it - click the link and you are away!

Each time you visit the forum and want to contribute, you will need to log in using your username and password - select "Log In" on any page. Then just find a suitable forum, read some of the posts, then select "Reply" to add your own thoughts, or "New topic" to start a new discussion.

We ask that all posts be "legal, decent, honest and truthful", that they aren't personal attacks, are written in the spirit of the Social Model and that they aren't discriminatory in any way. Remember the User Guidelines you signed up to on entering. Any posts which we aren't happy about we will remove.
